Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs
What turns you on?
What turns you off?
Eliminating the turn-offs and adding more turn-ons will help us live a better and fuller life.
I am in the process of figuring out my turn-ons. It is easier to list turn-offs than those that would enrich my life.
I have tasked myself with figuring out the two dichotomies and their role in my life.
Growing up with negative people and negativity, in general, makes both negative situations and negative people a huge turnoff.
Anger and angry people also turn me off. There is nothing to gain from angry discussions and people in a combative mood.
I interpret this behaviour from someone as not wanting me to exchange with them. Anger is slamming the door to communication shut.
What are my turn-ons?
People who are evolving and who are working on themselves. I want to surround myself with energetically favourable individuals who wish to move beyond the known and into a place where we can live harmoniously.
I am looking for more intimacy.
We are here to truly get to know others. We cannot do this if we are continually at odds with them.
When I face someone who is argumentative and constantly critical, it is hard to connect with them because I have been making a concerted effort to move beyond criticism and into acceptance and gratitude.
I have so much to be grateful for.
We all do.
We all do.
